Gobi Manchurian Recipe (Crispy Indo-Chinese Cauliflower)

Light batter. Double fry. Toss at the end.

Farwa ZeeshanRecipe by Farwa ZeeshanTested in the NineFoods home kitchen

Gobi manchurian is crispy fried cauliflower tossed in a garlicky, spicy soy sauce. It goes soggy when the batter is thick or the sauce is wet. The fix is a light cornflour batter, frying twice and tossing in a thick, glossy sauce just before serving.
