These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ninefoods.com.pk (the “Site”), run by Nine Foods. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Using the Site

You may browse, read, print and cook from our recipes for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, republish or sell our content without permission (see “Our content” below);
• scrape the Site or use automated tools to download content in bulk, including for training AI models, without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
• post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading or spam.

Our content

All recipes, text, photos, videos, graphics and the Nine Foods name and logo are owned by Nine Foods or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Sharing is welcome. You may share a link to any recipe and use one photo with a clear credit and link back to the original recipe. Please don’t copy the full recipe, ingredient list or method onto another website or social account. Write the recipe in your own words and link to us instead.

Comments and submissions

When you post a comment, photo or review, you keep ownership of it, but you give Nine Foods a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, edit for length, and share it on the Site and our social channels. We may remove any comment at our discretion. You’re responsible for what you post.

Recipes, nutrition and health

Recipes are provided for general information and home cooking. Results depend on your ingredients, equipment and technique. Any nutrition information is an estimate and isn’t a substitute for advice from a doctor or dietitian. Always check labels for allergens and follow safe food handling. Read our full Disclaimer.

Links and third-party services

The Site may link to other websites, show ads or include affiliate links. We aren’t responsible for other websites’ content, products or policies. See our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.

No warranty

You agree to compensate Nine Foods for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
