Baklava Recipe (Turkish Pistachio Baklava)
Clarified butter. Cut before baking. Cool syrup on hot baklava.
Recipe by Farwa ZeeshanTested in the NineFoods home kitchenBaklava is layers of paper thin filo, butter and pistachios, baked until crisp and soaked in syrup. Home baklava often goes soggy or the top layers lift. The fix is clarified butter, cutting before baking, a long bake until deep golden, and pouring cool syrup over the baklava straight from the oven.
