Methi Chicken Recipe (Fenugreek Chicken Curry)

Fresh methi. Thick masala. Never bitter.

Farwa ZeeshanRecipe by Farwa ZeeshanTested in the NineFoods home kitchen

Methi chicken gets its aroma from fenugreek leaves, which can turn the curry bitter if used carelessly. The fix is salting and squeezing fresh methi, or toasting kasuri methi lightly, and adding it in the last stage so it stays fragrant.
