Kofta Korma Recipe (Soft Meatballs in Korma Gravy)
Kofte that hold. Silky korma. No frying needed.
Recipe by Farwa ZeeshanTested in the NineFoods home kitchenKofta korma is soft spiced meatballs simmered in a korma gravy. The common failure is kofte that break apart in the pot or turn hard. The fix is well-kneaded mince with a little roasted gram flour, chilling the balls, and adding them to simmering gravy without stirring for 10 minutes.
