Are all Nine Foods products Halal?

Yes, absolutely. All our products are 100% Halal. We are deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of Halal preparation, from sourcing raw ingredients to the final packaging process. We work with certified suppliers to ensure our promise of quality and faith is always met.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We believe that great taste starts with great ingredients. We prioritize sourcing the finest, freshest spices and raw materials from trusted local farmers and suppliers across Pakistan. This not only ensures authentic flavor but also supports local communities.

Do your products contain any artificial preservatives, colors, or MSG?

We are committed to providing food that is authentic and wholesome. The vast majority of our products are made with all-natural ingredients and are free from artificial preservatives, artificial colors, and Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product has a “Best Before” date clearly printed on its packaging. Generally, our sealed dry products (like spice mixes) have a shelf life of 6 months. For pastes and sauces, please refer to the specific product packaging and refrigerate after opening.

How should I store Nine Foods products?

To maintain maximum freshness and flavor, we recommend storing all our products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, products like sauces, pastes, or pickles should be refrigerated and consumed within the period mentioned on the label.

How do I place an order on your website?

Placing an order is simple!

  3. Details: Fill in your shipping address and contact information.
  4. Payment: Select your preferred payment method.
  5. Confirm: Review and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS shortly after.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the courier when your order is delivered.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Is my personal and payment information secure?

What are the delivery charges?

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee for all orders.

  • A standard delivery charge of PKR 200 applies to all orders.
  • We offer FREE delivery for all orders above PKR 2500.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad: 2-3 business days.
  • Other Major Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s website. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery in real-time.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you have any issues with your order, please see the question below.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience! We have a rigorous quality control process, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, past its expiry date, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide your order number and a clear photograph of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
